FAQs

 If I am visiting the app as a New Client for the first time

Follow these steps:

  • Download and install the app from the Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS).
  • Open the app and click on the “Mutual Funds” module.
  • Click on “New User.”
  • Input your email address and create a suitable password.
  • Follow the prompts and fill out all required information.
I am an Existing Client using the app for the first time

Follow these steps:

  • Download and install the app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
  • Open the app and click on the “Mutual Funds” module.
  • Click “Verify Client ID.”
  • Enter your Client ID.
  • An OTP will be sent to your email.
  • Enter the OTP to verify your Client ID.
  • Create a suitable password.
  • Log in using your password and email address or Client ID.
What is required for KYC documentation?

If using a Nigerian address:

  • Utility Bill: Should be recent (not older than 3 months), matching your address (Electricity Bill, LAWMA or Waste Bill, stamped development levy, Recent Bank Statement that has your address on it etc.).
  • Valid ID: Voter’s Card, NIN, International Passport, or Driver’s License.
  • Passport Photograph: Proper passport photo.

If using a foreign address:

  • Utility Bill: Recent (not older than 3 months), matching your foreign residential address.
  • Valid ID: Foreign national ID or International Passport.
  • Passport Photograph: Proper passport photo.
  • Important: All foreign documents must be notarized before upload.
  • You will also fill an FIRS Self-Certification Form to prevent double taxation.
How long does KYC approval take?
  • 24 hours, except weekends.
  • If rejected, check your email for the reason. (Ensure you provided the correct email address.)
 I am unable to invest because my KYC shows “Not Completed on the Mobile App.”
  • Ensure you have filled all required KYC fields and uploaded your documents and it will be approved.
  • If rejected, check your email for the rejection reason and re-upload the corrected documents.
Can I link my minor’s account to mine on the Mobile App?
This feature is not yet available but will be added in a future update.
Is there a limit on investment and redemption via the app?
  • Yes. Maximum via the app is ₦5,000,000.

For higher amounts of Subscription, transfer to:

Use your Client ID as the transaction description, along with your name.

For higher amounts of Redemption:

Please send a mail to: service@quantumzenithasset.com.ng to request for the redemption form.

How can I invest or redeem on the app?
Simply click the “Invest” or “Redeem” button and follow the instructions.
Can I get my investment statement on the app?
Yes.
Go to Dashboard → History → Select Investment → View History → Email Statement.
 How do I update my details?
  • Go to Profile and update the relevant category.
  • If you are unable to do so, email: service@quantumzenithasset.com.ng
 I can’t see my balance on the app.
  • Check if the “eye icon” is closed; tap to reveal balance.
  • If not, re-verify your Client ID on the login page.
  • If still unresolved, email service@quantumzenithasset.com.ng, especially if a duplicate account was created.

Subscription & Redemption Cut-Off Time

12:00 PM daily as long as it is a working day.

Redemption for the Money Market Fund

  • Before 12pm → processed same day.
  • After 12pm → processed next working day.
  • Weekends → processed next working day.
  • Payment timeline: 24–48 hours.

For Other funds Redemption -  (Zenith Balanced Strategy Fund, Zenith Income Fund, Zenith ESG Impact Fund →   It takes 3-5 business days)

Subscription for the Money Market Fund

  • Before 12pm → reflects same day after valuation (midnight).
  • After 12pm → reflects next working day.
  • Weekend subscription → reflects on the second working day.

For Other funds Subscription -  (Zenith Balanced Strategy Fund, Zenith Income Fund, Zenith ESG Impact Fund →  It takes 3-5 business days)

I just subscribed for the first time and still haven’t seen my balance.

For the Money Market Fund

  • Before 12pm → reflects same day.
  • After 12pm → reflects next working day.
  • Weekend subscription → second working day.

What should I do if I'm locked out of the app?

This happens when you input a wrong password 3 times.

You can:

  • Email or call customer support: service@quantumzenithasset.com.ng

Or Use the “Forgot Password” feature if you can’t remember your password, to receive a reset link by email.

Does interest accrue daily?
  • Yes, interest accrues daily.
  • Rates changes daily.
  • Interest does not show on weekends or public holidays until the next business day.
  • Interest is credited quarterly. When completing your initial investment form, you can select whether you would like your quarterly interest to be reinvested into the fund or paid out to you in your Bank account

How do I know the fund yield or offer price?
Click “Fund Info” on your dashboard to view yields and full fund details
 Can a third party send funds on my behalf?
  • No. Third-party transactions are not allowed.
  • However, If a third-party payment occurs, request a Third-Party Form by emailing: service@quantumzenithasset.com.ng
 Minimum 30-Day Holding Rule
  • New users must hold funds for minimum 30 days before liquidation.
  • Early liquidation attracts a 10% penalty on accrued interest.

 Naira Portfolio
  • Minimum Investment: ₦100,000,000
  • Interest Payment: Upfront or Back-End
  • Redemption: Bullet payment at maturity
  • Tenor: 30, 60, 90, 120, 180 days (investor decides)
  • Yield: Fixed for entire tenor; agreed at commencement
  • Indicative Rates: Updated daily, market-driven
  • Payment at Maturity: T + 1

Dollar Portfolio
  • Minimum Investment: $200,000
  • Interest Payment: Back-End
  • Redemption: Bullet payment at maturity
  • Tenor: 180 or 365 days
  • Yield: Fixed for entire tenor; agreed at commencement
  • Indicative Rates: Provided daily, market-driven
  • Payment at Maturity: T + 2
